Pre-Payment Options

The HBCSD Food Services Department is changing the prepayment service software that we have been using to the Titan School Solution, effective December 21, 2019.  Any balance left in your student’s lunch account in the MySchoolBucks system will be transferred automatically to Titan on December 21, 2019.

If you have auto prepayment set up with myschoolbucks.com, this feature will not be available starting December 9, 2019.  Please make sure that your child(ren) have enough funds for lunch up to December 20, 2019 (last day of school before Winter Break). 

You will be able to create accounts with Titan starting on December 23, 2019. Please visit the new prepayment system at https://family.titank12.com/CFW4L3. Through this website, you will be able to:

  • Set up an account for your student
  • View Transactions
  • Set up a low balance alert
  • Set up a limit on snack purchases
  • Transfer balance between siblings
  • Make a prepayment to school lunch account ( Fee of $2.60 per transaction)

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.

 

Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please clearly write your student's name and their ID # on the check or on envelope with cash. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
